Brentford FC surprises patients and their families at Christmas

On Wednesday 11^th December, players from Brentford FC surprised patients and staff at West Middlesex Hospital with festive gifts.

Josh Dasilva, Paris Maghoma, Freddie Taylor, Ben Mee, Kris Ajer and Mathias Jensen took time out to visit patients and their families in our paediatric ward as well as Osterley wards, 1 and 2.  The squad delivered presents, signed autographs and posed for pictures with the thrilled patients, families and staff.

The players were greeted by Sanjay Krishnamoorthy, Hospital Medical Director, who shared “I would like to say a big thank you to Brentford FC on behalf of myself and the Trust for spending the afternoon with both our young and adult patients and their families. Their visit helps to bring a smile to many patients and staff at Christmas.”

Josh, Paris and Freddie, even stopped by the paediatric Christmas party to join in the festive fun by singing carols, visiting Father Christmas, and helping our young patients decorate Christmas cookies.

The Trust would like to thank the Brentford FC team for giving up their time to visit the Hospital and for spreading cheer to our staff, patients and their families this time of year.
