Changes to patient communication

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is making a change to how we deliver patient communications.

For digital letters and clinic reminders, if you currently receive both email and text message communications from us, you will begin receiving only email communications from mid-October 2022.

If you currently only receive text message communications, we encourage you to add your email address to your DrDoctor profile and change your communications preferences to email only. You can change your communications preferences at any time.
