Dr Francesco Lo Monaco wins The European Awards in Medicine for Clinical Cardiology

We are delighted to announce that Dr Francesco Lo Monaco, Cardiologist at West Middlesex University Hospital, has been awarded The European Awards in Medicine for Clinical Cardiology.

Dr Lo Monaco was nominated by the committee of the Professional and Business Excellence Institute based in Spain. Out of 50 European cardiologists nominated, Dr Lo Monaco was one of five shortlisted and eventually went on to win the prestigious award.

Having had an extensive career working in Italy, the USA, the UK and China, as well as being Google’s highest rated cardiologist in London, Dr Lo Monaco was honoured with the award on 29 November at the Ritz Hotel, Paris.

On winning the award, Dr Lo Monaco said, “I feel incredibly humbled to receive the European Awards in Medicine 2022 in the Clinical Cardiology category. My passion for my job matches my unwavering commitment and dedication to my patients. I am grateful that this has been internationally recognised.”
