Warm wishes and season’s greetings

As we reflect on this festive season, we want to extend our warmest wishes to all our patients, service users and staff. This December, we celebrated the return of The Great Big Thank You Week, which took place from 9–13 December, honouring the incredible contributions of our staff and volunteers.

A highlight of the week was the Great Big Festive Fayre, which brought holiday cheer to our sites. Held at Chelsea and Westminster on 11 December and at West Middlesex on 13 December, the fayres featured festive stalls, seasonal shopping and a look at the amazing work happening across our hospitals.

During The Great Big Thank You Week, we also celebrated our amazing teams at The Great Big Cheer Awards, recognising staff and volunteers who bring positivity to their work and embody our PROUD values.

We were delighted to spread festive joy with visits from Chelsea FC, Brentford FC and the Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Club, who brought smiles to our young patients and ward staff. Seeing the their faces light up as they met their sporting heroes was a heart-warming reminder of the power of community and kindness during the festive season.

On behalf of everyone at our Trust, we wish you a season filled with health, happiness and warmth. A very happy Christmas to all and thank you for your continued support this year. We look forward to serving our communities in 2025.
