Report excellence

Reporting excellence is a chance to recognise when someone has demonstrated excellence in any aspect of their work. It allows us to capture these observations so they can be shared with all staff, as well as giving someone a chance to receive positive feedback on their behaviour. It could be communication at a difficult time, dealing with an incident, supporting their colleagues, or anything at all.

We have launched this with our A&E and AAU teams initially but plan to continue rolling it out across the Trust in future, so please stay tuned. Please report excellence you’ve seen in your area using the form below.
