If you have no symptoms

If you have no symptoms and require a routine sexual health screen, or simple contraception, please consider using the Sexual Health London (SHL) service.

SHL provides regular and emergency contraception to people aged 16 and over living in the following boroughs: Lambeth, Southwark, Kensington and Chelsea, Hammersmith and Fulham, Westminster, Lewisham, Ealing, Harrow, Hackney, City of London, Brent, Kingston, Barnet, Islington, Camden, and Bexley (contraception services in Bexley are currently part of a pilot programme).

SHL is an online screening service for people without symptoms of sexually transmitted infections. If you don't have any symptoms, you can register and complete an online consultation. If the service is suitable, a free testing kit will be sent to you. You'll collect your own samples and return them by post for testing. Results are typically available within a few days.
