CW Medicines information service

Chelsea and Westminster Pharmacy Medicines Information service is available 9am–5pm Mon–Fri offering advice and guidance to patients and healthcare professionals.

If you are a patient of the Trust with questions about your medication, you can contact the Medicines Information helpline on 0203 315 2704 or email med.info@nhs.net.

Examples of questions that you may want to ask include:

• What are my medications for?
• Will my medication cause side effects?
• Is this medication safe to take with my other medications? 
• I have missed a dose of my medication, what should I do?
• I have forgotten to put my medication in the fridge, can I use it, or do I need to get a new supply?
