Hand Therapy app

Hand Therapy is smartphone app developed by the hand therapists at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Designed with patient experience in mind and to provide fast access to treatment information and exercises on smartphones and tablets.
If you have an appointment with the hand therapy team, please download the Hand Therapy app on your smartphone ahead of your appointment, so that it is ready to use when you see your therapist.

The app provides tailor-made exercise programs to help our patients set goals to get back to the activities that are important to them. You will be shown what to do by your hand therapist at your first appointment.

• Type Hand Therapy into the search bar

• Tap install—the Hand Therapy app is free to download
• Once downloaded, open the Hand Therapy app
• The first screen will ask if you are a patient, a hand therapist, a hand surgeon or other—please select patient
• Review and accept the terms and conditions
• You are now ready to use the app in your appointment
