Kobler Rehabilitation Class
We have delivered our service online since July 2021 |
The Kobler Rehabilitation Class provides group rehabilitation, including exercises and HIV specific education. The aim is to help you achieve personal goals and improve your fitness, function, strength, flexibility and quality of life, while helping you manage the ‘ups and downs’ or episodes of disability that can be unpredictable when living with HIV.
The Kobler Rehabilitation Class is for men, women, trans and non-binary people living with HIV, who experience physical, mental, cognitive and social health related challenges, and people living with disabilities and episodic health challenges.
Once you begin, the Kobler Rehabilitation Class is open access, meaning you can attend, return or restart depending on your episodes of health, disability, illness and wellness. Open access aims to reduce barriers to accessing rehabilitation when living with HIV and episodic disabilities.
