Information for visitors

Visiting times

Important note: If you have symptoms of coronavirus, a cold, flu, or if you have been sick or had diarrhoea in the past 48 hours, please do not visit our hospitals.

Talking to a doctor

Our nursing staff are available to discuss your relative’s condition, as long as your relative agrees. If you need to speak with a doctor, please ask a nurse or midwife to arrange an appointment.

Lunchtime hours

Lunchtime is a set time when our staff focus on helping patients eat well:

  • Adult wards: Lunchtime is from 12:30–1:30pm
  • Children’s wards: Lunchtime is from 12:15–12:45pm

During these times, we ask visitors to wait until lunch is over unless they are helping a patient eat or if it is essential for medical reasons.
