Log in using your email and password.

Use the language selection option if required.

Record your symptoms.

Save the marked symptoms.

Select the health tab.

Select the measurements from the heal tab.

Select add measurements.

Add the date and time the measurements were taken. 

Select the chosen measurement from the scroll-down menu, input it, and save the data.

Your recorded symptoms and measurements are now available for the remote team to review.
